Our lasts are exclusively designed in the German shoe capital of Pirmasens. Shaping lasts is a process that demands the utmost care and craftsmanship. Our last prototypes are carved from wood and then meticulously filed and sanded to perfection. They must withstand stress tests before they are ready. The entire process – from design concept to the start of production – can take several weeks. This enables our lasting specialists to ensure that every shoe is a perfect fit and meets our exacting standards. Many originals from the traditional collection of the PETER KAISER shoe factory have been used in our products for decades and are at the heart of many successful bestsellers.
